We tried the new Mediterranean restaurant Bacchus in Morley and can't wait to go back

An all-new Mediterranean restaurant has opened in Morley with a stunning tropical-style interior and the most delicious food.
Bacchus in Queen Street, Morley opened earlier this year in place of Different Gravy which sadly closed its doors after the owner decided to retire.
The unit, bought by a new owner, who also has beloved Mediterranean eateries Tuana Bistro in Adel, and Olive and Feta Restaurant and Lounge in Farsley, has undergone an Instagram worthy makeover.
Bacchus' menu includes dishes from meat infused with Turkish spices, Greek small plates and starters, fish, casseroles, pastas, kebabs, vegetarian options, and more.
Being my favourite type of cuisine and only a five-minute walk from my house I had been dying to try Bacchus since it opened.
As the 'red warning' heatwave hit Yorkshire on Tuesday I positioned myself outside Bacchus with some friends overlooking the Morley high-street to enjoy some delicious food - the perfect setting right?
We ordered lobster ravioli (£14.99), chicken nabu (£15.95) and meat feast pizza (£13.95). The eatery does a two course offer on Sunday - Thursday for £18.99 but under the scorching 36C sun we decided we weren't hungry enough to eat more than one course.

The food came quickly and looked and smelt amazing. The taste didn't disappoint either, not one of us left a drop of food on our plates and all claimed "it would be a new regular spot to eat."
My chicken dish came with fresh Mediterranean veg and so much goats cheese which was incredible because, goats cheese is my all time favourite thing to eat. My friends both said the ravioli and pizza tasted amazing too.
We were also given some complimentary freshly baked bread, which came out still warm, and dips to start. I thought this was a really lovely touch by the restaurant, the dips were also homemade and tasted incredible - especially the hummus.
Oh and I absolutely loved the décor and tableware, so pretty - we couldn't resist but take pics for the gram.
The service was good too, they were even patient enough when we took forever to order because we couldn't decide what to eat. Although the card machine wasn't working so we had to nip along to a cash point.
Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my meal at Bacchus and couldn't recommend it enough to people visiting Morley, probably one of the nicest Mediterranean restaurants I've eaten at in Yorkshire. I found the prices were fairly reasonable too, especially with the two courses offer.
